Loving and living in Cleveland, Ohio.

Here you can explore some of my favorite things to do, places to see, boutiques to visit and restaurants to enjoy.

These lists will be ever changing as I discover more of the city on our family daily adventures.

Enjoy!

2020 has not been great for the traditional sense of “events,” however we have enjoyed lots of the virtual celebrations of music and arts in our city.

Tune in the first Friday of every month to experience the Cleveland Museum of Art MIX events. The museum is doing a great job at connecting with the virtual community over music, at home cocktails and online learning.

Come back for more events and happenings posted here as I find them!

Our family enjoys exploring the the Cleveland Metroparks all year round.

Mall B Downtown is a great place for a friends-meet-up, a sweet picnic hot spot.

Nested amount the museums, Wade Oval is a great walking trail. There is always great people watching and many family fun activities, its a great spot to get out of the house and go walking. Plus, you can always swing into the Cleveland Museum of Art for a snack (& wine!) in the Atrium!

Every CLE kid needs to experience the nostalgia of Memphis Kiddie Park.

In the warmer months, we love to rent kayaks at 41° North for a trip on the Rocky River.

Szalay’s Farm Market is a fun afternoon trip for free produce, soft serve and a corn maze or live music. While we are down that way we also like to ride our bikes on the tow path and stop for lunch on the patio at Winking Lizard in Peninsula.

We recently visited Holden Arboretum and WOW this outdoor destination did not disappoint! Our family LOVED walking on the Canopy Walk and climbing to the top of the Emergent Tower, so cool…we could see all the way to Lake Erie!

Chimi by Doug Katz was a yummy exploration of South American Cusine.
Vero Pizza for an organized to go system & killer pies!
Flying Fig because you can also order wines on their website.
Luna Bakery because even WFH lunch salads should be special.

Gatherings Kitchen their family meals make weeknights delicious.
Brassica at Van Aken for fresh, mediterranean dishes.
